We are all beautifully different. This is especially true when it comes to health and wellness. Whether you are simply interested in learning more about Ayurveda, have limited mobility, are living with an illness or injury or are at the height of your personal wellness, this is for you. Melanie will meet you where you are and together, determine your unique constitution, or dosha, learn what’s no longer serving you, discover ways to nourish your body, mind and spirit, and tap into your intuition and inner intelligence via the tools and practices of the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.

Client Package
- A 90-minute intake meeting where we’ll get to know one another, review your health history and determine your goals (Generally held via Zoom, but can discuss in person if you are based in New Orleans)
- A personal, customized wellness plan
- Two 60-minute sessions (Meeting 1: Plan implementation; Meeting 2: Follow up to discuss challenges and solidify habits)
- Resources to support your practice including links to recipes, audio meditations, yoga videos and digital copy of Living Well Ayurveda workbook
- Email support and mentoring between meetings
- Ongoing client discount for continued sessions
