Sample Curriculum
The Four-Week Self-Paced Ayurvedic Course has four modules. Each module includes course materials, journal prompts and homework. In modules one and two, students will find downloadable audio meditations, breathwork, myofascial release and gentle yoga videos. Module four includes a section with links to various Ayurvedic recipe resources. Finally, module four is an integration section designed to help you move forward using the tools and knowledge you've gained throughout the course.
